1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Platform Description
BeyondTiers is a platform that enables creators to connect with their audience and receive support through USDC cryptocurrency payments. We provide tools for creators to showcase their work and for supporters to send payments as a form of appreciation.
Our platform includes features for profile management, USDC wallet management, cryptocurrency transactions, and community interaction.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use cryptocurrency features. Users under 18 may use non-cryptocurrency features only with parental consent where permitted by law.
4. Content and User Conduct
You are responsible for the content you post and your conduct on our platform. You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
- Harass, intimidate, or harm other users
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Engage in spam, flooding, or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our platform
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
4.5 Co-Creator Consent & Collaborative Content
4.5.1 Consent Requirements
When creating content that features or involves other platform users (collaborators), you must:
- Obtain explicit video consent from all featured collaborators before publishing
- Ensure all collaborators have reviewed and approved the content
- Tag all collaborators accurately in posts and events
- Allow collaborators to withdraw consent before publication
4.5.2 Video Consent Process
Our platform requires video consent for collaborative content to ensure:
- Authenticity of consent (video verification prevents impersonation)
- Clear documentation of approval
- Protection of all parties involved
- Compliance with privacy and publicity rights
Content cannot be published until all tagged collaborators provide video consent. Collaborators may approve, request modifications, decline consent, or withdraw unpublished consent at any time.
4.5.3 Rights & Obligations
When you appear as a collaborator in others' content:
- You have the right to review content before it's published
- You control whether your likeness/participation is published
- You may be notified of revenue sharing if applicable
- You retain rights to your own contributions
Failure to obtain proper consent may result in content removal and account penalties.
5. USDC Wallet & Cryptocurrency Transactions
5.1 Circle User-Controlled Wallets
BeyondTiers integrates with Circle's User-Controlled Wallet infrastructure. By using our USDC wallet features, you also agree to Circle's terms of service and acknowledge that:
- Circle provides the wallet infrastructure; BeyondTiers does not custody your funds
- You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials
- Loss of wallet access credentials is permanent and unrecoverable
- BeyondTiers cannot reverse, cancel, or refund blockchain transactions
5.2 USDC Transactions & Fees
Our platform supports USDC transactions on the Polygon blockchain, including:
- Tips: Send USDC to creators with a platform fee of 0.009 USDC per transaction
- Product Purchases: Buy creator products using USDC with commission-based fees
- Wallet Transfers: Send USDC to any Polygon wallet address (internal or external)
- Event Tickets: Purchase event access with USDC payments
All fees are clearly disclosed before transaction confirmation. Additional blockchain network fees (gas) may apply and are beyond our control.
5.3 Transaction Risks & Limitations
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Cryptocurrency transactions carry unique risks:
- Irreversible: Once confirmed on the blockchain, transactions cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded.
- Address Accuracy: You are solely responsible for verifying recipient addresses. Sending to an incorrect address results in permanent loss.
- No Chargebacks: Unlike credit card payments, USDC transactions cannot be disputed or charged back.
- Volatility: While USDC is a stablecoin, cryptocurrency values can fluctuate. BeyondTiers is not responsible for any value changes.
- Network Delays: Blockchain congestion may delay transaction confirmation.
- Technical Failures: Smart contract bugs, network issues, or wallet malfunctions may affect transactions.
5.4 External Wallet Transfers
Our platform allows sending USDC to external Polygon wallet addresses. When using this feature:
- You must verify the recipient address is a valid Polygon USDC address
- Sending to addresses on other networks (Ethereum, BSC, etc.) will result in permanent loss
- We provide address validation but cannot guarantee recipient address validity
- QR code scanning is provided for convenience but you remain responsible for accuracy
- We are not liable for losses due to incorrect addresses or network selection
5.5 User Responsibilities
By using our USDC wallet features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
- You will not use our platform for illegal activities or money laundering
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes on cryptocurrency transactions
- You meet any age requirements for cryptocurrency transactions in your jurisdiction (typically 18+)
- You comply with all local laws regarding cryptocurrency usage
- You will maintain sufficient balance for network fees
5.6 Platform Limitations
BeyondTiers reserves the right to:
- Implement transaction limits for security purposes
- Temporarily suspend wallet features for maintenance or security reasons
- Investigate suspicious transaction patterns
- Comply with regulatory requirements including freezing accounts if necessary
- Modify fees with reasonable notice
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create and post. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to:
- Display your content on our platform
- Promote your content within our platform
- Improve our services and user experience
You may remove your content at any time, and we will honor removal requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- Suspend service for technical or security reasons
We are not liable for service interruptions or modifications.
9. Limitation of Liability

- No Financial Advice: BeyondTiers does not provide investment, financial, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals regarding cryptocurrency transactions.
- Regulatory Uncertainty: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
- Third-Party Services: We integrate with Circle and blockchain networks we do not control. We are not liable for issues arising from these third-party services.
- Technical Risks: Smart contracts, blockchain networks, and wallet software may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. We cannot guarantee error-free operation.
- Loss of Funds: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses or lost due to user error.
9.2 General Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeyondTiers and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our platform.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or other reasons at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use our platform ceases immediately.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our platform will be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BeyondTiers is incorporated.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Tax Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations related to your use of BeyondTiers, including:
- Income tax on creator earnings (tips, product sales, event tickets)
- Capital gains tax on cryptocurrency transactions
- GST/VAT obligations if applicable
- Reporting requirements for cryptocurrency holdings and transactions
BeyondTiers does not provide tax advice or reporting. We may provide transaction history for your records, but you must consult tax professionals for guidance. We may be required to report certain information to tax authorities as required by law.
14. Future Features & Third-Party Services
BeyondTiers may introduce new features, integrations, and third-party services from time to time. When new features become available:
- We will update these Terms to reflect new functionality
- Third-party services will be subject to their own terms and conditions
- You will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications
- Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with or without notice.
